Remote sales manager (Istanbul)

Responsibilities:

  • search for clients and work with them; distribution of offers for all possible sources of advertising, process incoming calls;
  • work at CRM;
  • select the optimal housing option for the identified client's needs;
  • detailed advice to clients on options for apartments and rooms, conditions of settlement, as well as answers to any other questions;
  • views of apartments and rooms with clients;
  • receive feedback from customers after check-in;
  • process repeated orders/requests.

Our ideal candidate:

  • has the opportunity to work in the Moscow time zone;
  • competently communicates in Russian and English (at least B2 level);
  • loves communication;
  • ready to quickly explore the product;
  • responsible and result-oriented;
  • knows the stages of sales and how to use them;
  • has experience in sales.
