Sales Manager (Colife Turkey)


• Reception and holding of screenings appointed by colleagues;

• Booking a room and signing a contract with the client;

• Negotiating with clients;

• Identification of the client's needs and selection of the optimal housing option;

• Eviction of clients and acceptance of the room according to the act of acceptance and transfer;

• Acceptance of apartments after renovation;

• Participation in weekly meetings;

• Correct CRM management;

• Additional assignments for the duration of the project development


• Experience in sales from 1 year;

• Knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to use them;

• Ability to work in a team;

• Knowledge of the regions of Turkey.
